Troy Cage is a minor character from "Colors". He is the son of Tyler Cage, whose team was playing against the all-Negro team that included Clyde Taylor.
Troy is openly racist even as a little boy in 1945. He constantly harassed Clyde, such as tricking him into giving Troy his autograph so the latter could use it as toilet paper, until his own father ordered him to apologize. Troy did, however, tell the Cold Case team an important clue: Clyde's romantic interest, Esther Davis, is in fact black passing for white.
