Evan Price was the director of the Havenhurst Juvenile Facility.
In 2004, when Alex Caceres discovered the dark truth behind the juvenile facility, Price killed him to silence him as young teenagers were sent to there for money.
In 2009, Price was still the director when the detectives reopened Alex's murder case. He told the detectives that Alex slipped and fell after he tried to open his window. He admitted that they moved Alex's body to the infirmary to try to save him. However, Price was then confronted by Detectives Lilly Rush and Scotty Valens. They found a picture of him at the Jurisprudence ski resort, but Price denied that he wasn't interested in money. When Valens informs Price that they will search his office to look for blood. Evan insisted that he was going to reason with Alex. He remembered that Alex begged him to release Michael from Havenhearst before threatenting to report him and picked up the phone to call a reporter. Evan confesses that he beat up Alex, handcuffed, and stuffed a rag in his mouth so he would be quiet. But when Alex died of suffocation, he moved Alex's body to his room before the police arrive.
After confessing, Price was then arrested.
