Cliff Harper was the abusive boyfriend of Christina Rush and the father of her newborn daughter.
Cliff met Christina in 2005 when she left Pennsylvania for New York City. They became romantically involved, but not in the healthiest and efficient way; they teamed up in illegally buying prescriptions from pharmacies and then selling them to others, along with Cliff's partner, Bernie. Cliff would beat his so-called “love” until she returned to Philadelphia.
Cliff and Bernie kidnapped Christina and took her to New Jersey for their drug dealing business. Cliff got what he deserved when Lilly Rush tracked down and took him out, beating Cliff up until he was unconscious when she and Scotty Valens came to rescue Christina. At first, Lilly attempted to shoot Cliff for what he did to her sister, but she decided not to after Scotty managed to dissuade her.
