Sergeant Butowsky was a racist police officer and a minor character in "Strange Fruit".
When Zeke Williams and Mathilde Jefferson went to the police to report a file for her rape However, Sergeant Butowsky reluctantly rejected due to his connection with Henry Jones. Zeke furiously assaulted Sergeant Butowsky before he got arrested. Butowsky ordered his secretary to discard Mathilde's file immediately.
His current whereabouts are unknown when Zeke's murder case was reopened in 2005.
