Dr. Barnsley was the pathologist who performed an autopsy of Sadie Douglas who was murdered in 1939.
He examined Sadie's corpse and informed Detectives Lilly Rush and Scotty Valens that it may be possible to get DNA evidence. Barnsley managed to find DNA from Sadie's right index fingernail. While the lab compared the Sadie's fingernail DNA with Pierce McClintock's grandaughter Jennifer Reilly's and Manross Delaney's, it confirmed Manross' DNA did not match.
